Alison has been with Stonegate Center since its inception in 2010. She was one of the founding members that developed Stonegate’s mission statement and programming in the chemical dependency treatment field. Alison was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She received her BS in Business Administration/Finance from the University of North Carolina and is a specialist in business operations and systems. After gaining experience in financial services, as a commercial credit analyst at First Union Bank in Columbus, GA, Alison ran a Junior Military Officer recruitment firm in Ft Bragg, NC. Shortly after she earned the opportunity to lead the Competitive Strategy Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, in Boston, MA. Currently, Alison oversees operations at several privately-held companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. As a mother of four grown children, she enjoys spending time with them, reading, and kayaking on the Trinity River.
Will Stoy, M.A., LPC
Will Stoy was born in Dallas, and has lived in east Texas most of his life. After graduating from Texas A&M University with his BA in Psychology he continued his education at Dallas Theological Seminary. Will is now a masters level counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. He has worked in the field of addiction/recovery for the past four years. Will’s passion is to help boys become the men God created them to be. Will enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah. He also enjoys hunting and fishing, when he gets the chance.
Satchel Stillwell, M.A., LPC
Satchel Stillwell was born in Midland, and grew up in the Woodlands, Texas for most of his life. After graduating from Saint Edwards University with his BA in Psychology, Satchel pursued his graduate work at Dallas Baptist University. Satchel started working for Stonegate Center as a therapist in April of 2014, and is now the clinical director. He is responsible for supervising all aspects of therapeutic care for the clients at Stonegate Center. Satchel has been working in private practice since 2013 and in the field of chemical dependency treatment since 2014. Satchel is a licensed professional counselor, and is passionate about helping men find recovery through the 12 steps. Satchel works to help clients and their family members identify and challenge systemic issues that perpetuate the disease of alcoholism. Satchel enjoys spending time with his wife Bethany and his three children Lucy, Landon, and Cash.
Clint Donaldson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and therapist at Stonegate Center. Clint was born in Dallas, grew up in Plano, and has lived in Texas his entire life. In high school he knew that he wanted to help others and initially felt called to be a medical doctor. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, he moved through several different jobs, always helping others. Eventually, Clint was led to work in youth ministry and other ministries for several churches for about 7 years. During this time, his interest in counseling grew as another way of working with people who were struggling. Clint began a Master of Arts in Counseling for B.H. Carroll Theological Institute in 2012 and completed it in 2014. After obtaining his license, he spent 2 years in acute psychiatric care before developing an interest in the field of addiction treatment. Clint began his time with Stonegate in 2017. He is passionate about working with the men and their families as they pursue a life centered in God, the 12 steps, and recovery. In addition to his regular duties working with the male clients at Stonegate, Clint also provides Equine Therapy to all of our clients. Using the EAGALA method, Clint works in a team approach as the “mental health specialist” facilitating experiential, group therapy along with Gino, the “equine specialist” and our 7 animals (who do most of the work). Clint loves coffee, reading, and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
James Roesch is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate dedicated to working with individuals who are suffering from addiction and working with their families on how to best support them in their new recovery lifestyle. James believes that the presence of a healthy family system can offer the best possible family environment to help a person in his/her recovery from addiction. Through discovering unhealthy family patterns of behavior, family members can learn about what they can do to offer their best support for their loved ones in recovery. Each person can explore their own emotions and behaviors with the help of a therapist that uses a family systems’ perspective. James believes that the addicted person and the family members can come together to discover common goals that bring unity and peace back to their family system. James holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King’s University. James originally hails from New Orleans, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and Health Promotions. He is the father of a blended family of six children. When he’s not working, he enjoys sailing, antiquing, gardening, and volunteering for and leading groups at his church.
ClinicianJulia Wilks is from Texas but travelled the world with her missionary parents. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington, she completed her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King’s University. Julia currently holds a Marriage and Family- Associate’s license and is grateful to be a part of the Stonegate family. Julia is a therapist for the Hilltop Women’s Center and appreciates that every day holds a valuable lesson while working with the women. Julia is dedicated to seeing individuals and families understand addiction, its effects on the family system, and is passionate about them working toward restored health together. Julia enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog Bear.
Stephanie Griffin was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. The disease of addiction and alcoholism came on early at age 12 and progressed quickly until the time that her personal recovery journey started in 2012. Since then Stephanie has made her life’s work about helping women who struggle from the same illness. Stephanie has worked in a variety of treatment settings from residential to transitional living to intensive outpatient programs. Stephanie is passionate about 12 step recovery blended with high accountability. She stands as a pillar for our clients to emulate as they begin their journey of recovery.
Director of Compliance
Allison Johnson is a treasured member of the team at Stonegate Center, and works on many different projects; from Compliance to providing support with the Admissions team, regulating safety standards and protocols, and beyond. Allison has a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Human Services from Colorado Technical University. She has worked in residential treatment for 5 years, and is a recovered alcoholic and addict herself, recently celebrating her 7th year sober. Allison enjoys speaking with families and instilling hope, and is passionate about reaching out to the still suffering addicts and alcoholics. Allison is currently working towards her LCDC internship status.
Dylan Huffman was born in Atlanta, GA but spent the majority of his life in North Texas. At an early age, he found himself in the grips of addiction and struggled through the cycle of multiple rehabilitation centers followed by perpetual relapses. In May of 2016, Dylan went to his 5th treatment center, where he found God through the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. This finally led him successfully through treatment and on to sober living. Now, Dylan finds his passion in helping others on their own roads to recovery. He managed two sober homes before becoming a part of Stonegate’s Direct Care Team as a Recovery Advocate. He served in this role for over a year and manages Trevor’s House Sober Living. In July 2018, he completed his certification to become a Peer Recovery Support Specialist, and now serves as Stonegate’s Alumni Coordinator, where he facilitates discharge and after-care plans. Dylan believes that a continuum of care is vital to long-term recovery and he’s proud to be a part of it. Outside of work, Dylan loves experiencing new adventures with his wife and newborn daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, backpacking, hunting, and fishing, where he experiences God’s peace and presence.

Kyearra Morris was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. After graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma with her BA in Mass Communications & minor in Marketing & Business, Kyearra pursued her MBA at the University of Oklahoma. She has over 12 years of experience in Marketing & Business Development, with the past 5 years being dedicated specifically to the addiction and recovery industry. She is the founder of a registered 501c3 nonprofit called AMP Resources, that is devoted to connecting professional resources for substance abuse and mental health with those who struggle and their families. Kyearra has been with Stonegate since 2017 and has contributed to helping countless individuals and families get their lives back. She truly has a passion for helping others and believes she is fulfilling her true calling. Kyearra loves, playing softball, volunteering for several nonprofits, spending time with her husband Felton and two boys, Maddox & Hendrix and is an avid University of Oklahoma sports fan.
Business Development Representative
Kensie Lyon was born in Nebraska, and moved to Oklahoma in 2010 after graduating with her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in Substance abuse from Wayne State College. She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 9 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. Kensie has been successful in guiding those who have been affected by addiction, to a place of sustained recovery. She finds herself promoting good vibes and saving lives. Her true passion is helping those in their darkest moments, find hope and happiness. Kensie believes that when people find purpose and hope, they find happiness and self-worth. She enjoys working out and spending time with her family in her free time. Kensie is the founder of a registered 501c3 nonprofit called AMP Resources, that is devoted to connecting professional resources for substance abuse and mental health with those who struggle and their families and currently serves as the Executive Director of the non-profit in Oklahoma. Kensie works to improve the lives of Oklahomans that suffer with addiction and co-occurring disorders and support to professionals via education and networking.
Dusty Roper was born in Atlanta, GA but has lived most of his life in Texas. He grew up in a devout Christian family and spent three years overseas living in the Philippines. After returning to Texas and completing high school, he attended Texas Tech. This is where his struggle with drug addiction began and continued throughout his twenties. After rebuilding his relationship with God and completing a structured program, he was able to get his life back on track. Dusty has been with Stonegate Center since March of 2016, where he started in Direct Care. Since then, he has transitioned to his position in Admissions where he has been for the past two years. He is happily married to his wife, Brittany, and they have three boys. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family. Dusty feels as if God’s purpose for him has placed him in his role for a reason. His passion is to help families get their loved ones help by relating to them through his own experiences.
Austin Campbell was born and raised in Red Oak, Texas. After graduating Paramedic school and Fire Academy, he served four years as a Firefighter and Paramedic in the Fire/EMS Service before losing his career while battling with alcoholism. Austin found the 12-step spiritual solution, recovered from the disease of alcoholism and has been sober since August of 2015. He has worked at Stonegate Center as the Client Services Coordinator and at Trevor’s House as the House Manager for the last year and a half. Austin is dedicated in his service to fellow men who struggle with addiction like he once did and to show them the solution to recover. He is very passionate about sharing his testimony to others of how God’s power through this program and his walk with Christ has recovered, redeemed, restored and renewed him from the hopelessness of addiction. By the grace of God and the 12-step program, Austin has been blessed with the opportunity to once again get back into the fire service, despite his past struggles. He works part-time as a Firefighter and EMT at several different fire stations near Stonegate Center and enjoys serving his community in that way when he’s not serving those at Stonegate and Trevor’s House. Austin enjoys hunting, fishing, playing softball and spending time with his parents, his sister and brother-in-law and his two year old nephew.
Kandis Nation is an Administrative Assistant at Stonegate Center. Kandis was hired in April of 2018 and enjoys the unique challenges that her position offers. Having worked in offices in many industries, Kandis has mastered the art of multi-tasking and organization to take care of everything you can possibly need. Kandis was born and raised in Midland, TX. She is a proud, hardworking mother of two, Makinze and Colton, and wife to Aaron.
