At Stonegate Center, we recognize that taking this vital step towards recovery can bring with it anxiety, fear, and many questions. That’s why we’ve strategically designed our admissions process to gently guide you through your initial contact, treatment options, and financial commitment. Our goal is to make it easy on any potential client as well as their family members by being transparent as possible. It is our hope that by addressing all of your questions you’ll have a better understanding as to what happens while on campus at Stonegate Center. We strongly encourage prospective clients and their families to call our dedicated admissions professionals in order to begin your journey towards recovery.
From the moment you make initial contact with our experienced admissions team, we want you to feel a part of our recovery family. We’re available 24 hours / 7 days a week and ready to answer all the questions you or your family may have.
During the initial contact phase, our Admissions Specialist will speak with prospective clients and their loved ones in order to answer questions about our program structure. Additionally, we hope to gain a better understanding of the present issue, and pressing concerns, as well as long-term and short-term goals. Once you are satisfied, we will gather pertinent financial information and conduct a brief Pre-Screen. This Pre-Screen is designed to delve deeper into the underlying issues of one’s addiction and also allows us to have a better understanding of who we’ll be inviting on campus.
Stonegate Center is structured as a 90-day residential treatment program. We recognize that not all prospective clients and their families are in a position to commit to that length of stay. We require a 45-day minimum commitment with options to extend care based off medical necessity. Our certified addiction specialists will work with both the client and their families to create a personalized treatment plan based on each individual’s needs.
Financial Commitment or Insurance Verification
Admissions may ask for current insurance information to determine if a member’s benefits can support the associated cost of treatment. After reviewing all the information gathered during this initial review, our Admissions Specialist will assess whether Stonegate Center meets the specific and individual needs of the client and their families, and answer any remaining financial questions.
Once our team has determined that Stonegate Center can accommodate appropriate treatment for the caller, our Admissions Specialist will guide them through the final steps of the process. These final steps include the aforementioned Pre-Screen, Detox and Medical Assessment, and an Estimated Time of Arrival to the Center.
During the final phase of the admissions process, a Pre-Screen phone call will be conducted with our licensed Admissions Specialist. We will make arrangements for this brief call, which involves a series of questions designed to ensure that Stonegate Center is the right choice for the client and that the client is an appropriate fit for Stonegate Center. Once this is complete and financial documents have been signed, our Admissions Specialist will schedule an Arrival Appointment and transportation will be arranged.
If a direct admission is delayed for any reason, our Admissions Specialist will make every effort to keep in touch with the prospective client and their families in order to offer assistance and support throughout this tough time.
After you or your loved one has completed the Admissions Process, our Admissions Specialist will hand off communications and support to the Clinical Team. If a family has questions or concerns, the client’s therapist will address help address them. Please note, our Admissions Specialist is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to answer any questions regarding insurance or financial issues, but all other inquiries should be directed towards the therapist once they have been assigned.
